DENNY PALMER

Denny has been engaged in the private practice of law since 2011, representing individuals, families, farms and ranches, businesses, and property owners across a broad range of legal matters. His practice focuses primarily on property law, corporate and business law, real estate and business transactions, estate planning, probate administration, and civil litigation and dispute resolution.

A third-generation Montanan, Denny brings a practical understanding of the people, businesses, and communities that shape Montana. He is committed to providing thoughtful legal counsel, responsive client service, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.

Denny earned undergraduate degrees in Business and History from Gonzaga University before attending Gonzaga University School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 2011.  Outside the practice of law, Denny remains active in the Helena community through volunteering and serving on the board of directors of local nonprofits.  In his spare time, Denny enjoys all the outdoors that Montana has to offer, including skiing, mountain biking, rafting, and hunting.
