Aaron Neilson, as a former VP and General Counsel at a regional technology and communications provider operating in 16+ states, has the industry knowledge and legal experience to help your technology and/or communications company with any and all of its legal and business needs, including but not limited to preparing and reviewing and negotiating contracts (licensing agreements, master service agreements, space and power agreements, cell tower leases, IRUs, NDAs, reseller agreements, consulting agreements, compensation plans, etc.), representing your company before regulatory agencies, reviewing and summarizing and implementing regulatory orders to help ensure compliance, contract disputes and resolutions, and all other legal and business needs.
